Alpenglow Education offers practical, skills-based training designed for outdoor professionals who want to lead with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Our flagship Behavioral First Responder (BFR) certification includes two levels: Level 1, focused on immediate field response and behavioral support for trip leaders and instructors, and Level 2, designed for program managers and administrators seeking deeper tools to shape staff culture and organizational care systems. We also offer a free, self-paced Wildfire Awareness course, helping outdoor leaders better understand fire behavior, air quality decision-making, and communication during wildfire events.
